Deposit Policy

All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. 

If you cancel your appointment at any time, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. 

If do not arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, you will be considered a no-show - the appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. 

If you book a project and then later decide that you no longer want your original request and instead would like something very different than what the artist agreed to at the time of booking, this is considered a cancellation and you will forfeit your deposit unless the artist agrees to the new project.

If you ask to reschedule less than 72 hours prior to your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 

If you ask to reschedule at least 72 hours prior to your appointment but fail to commit to another date at the time of the request, this is considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment at a later date.

If we are contacted at least 72 hours prior to the appointment time, we will typically accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests; third and subsequent requests to reschedule the project will be considered solely at the discretion of the artist and may require a new deposit. Rates may be subject to change upon rescheduling multiple times or beyond a year from the original date.
