All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel your appointment at any time, you will forfeit your deposit. If you ask to reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. If you ask to reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your appointment but fail to commit to another appointment within a few weeks of your request, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment at a later date. If you book a project and then later decide that you want something very different than what the artist agreed to at the time of booking, you may forfeit your deposit unless the artist agrees to the new project. If we are contacted at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time, we will typically accommodate up to 2 reschedule requests; third and subsequent requests to reschedule the project will be considered solely at the discretion of the artist and may require a new deposit. Rates may be subject to change upon rescheduling multiple times or beyond a year from the original date. We respect and value your time and we ask that you do the same for ours.
